Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: an anonymous account identifier created automatically. We do not require your email, phone number, or real name.
• Profile you provide: a display name, optional profile photo, and your pet's name, species, goals, and optional photo.
• Content you share: posts, photos, videos, comments, questions, and community messages are visible to other signed-in users.
• Private tracking data: daily check-ins (weight, mobility, energy, appetite, comfort, notes) are private to your account and never shown to other users.
• Purchases: subscription status is processed by Apple and RevenueCat. We never see or store your payment details.

How AI questions are handled

Questions you send to Peppy (our AI assistant) are processed by an AI provider to generate the answer, along with basic pet context you've saved (like your pet's name and current peptide). They are not used to train AI models.

Who we share data with

Only the service providers that run the app: Supabase (database & storage), RevenueCat (subscription management), and our AI provider (Peppy answers). We do not sell your data, run third-party ads, or share your data with data brokers.

Retention & deletion

Your data is retained while your account exists. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at the address below — we'll complete it within 30 days.

Children

Pep Pet is not directed at children under 13, and the content concerns animal-health topics intended for adult pet owners.

Terms of Use

By using Pep Pet you agree that:

• Not veterinary advice. Nothing in the app — including answers from Peppy, community posts, comments, or peptide pages — is a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or substitute for professional veterinary care. Always consult your veterinarian before starting, changing, or stopping any peptide or treatment. If your pet shows serious symptoms, contact a veterinarian or animal poison control immediately.
• You own your decisions. You are responsible for choices about your own pet's care.
• Community rules. Share your own pet's logged experience honestly. Not allowed: selling or sourcing peptides or medications, prescribing doses to other people's pets, unverified medical claims, spam, or harassment. Content that breaks these rules may be removed and repeat violations lead to account removal.
• Your content. Content you post is yours; by posting you allow it to be shown to other users inside the app.
• Subscriptions. Pep Pet Premium renews automatically through your Apple account until cancelled in your App Store settings. The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Early access. The service is provided as-is while in active development.
